This book was originally written by Bedford Target Supplies founder Chris Fordham to help all those shooters without access to a full time professional coach. It was designed to be a source of information and techniques to improve your shooting. Because of a copyright dispute with the so-called publisher this is now the only official source of all that information. The original book was four hundred pages and over one hundred illustrations. This is all the original words and pictures (except the cartoons) from the book on a CD that you can open on your PC. This is not an audio CD but all the words and pictures are in PDF format for you to read and print of for your own enjoyment. There is a copyright notice inside the cover of the box that allows you to print and distribute with the small limitation of not doing it for money. The CD also contains a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader for your use in the unlikely event that your computer is not able to read the CD.
